Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya stated in a post on his social media account that 3 foreign nationals wanted internationally were captured in the "Kuyu-13" operation conducted in the Beşiktaş and Avcılar districts of Istanbul and the Bodrum district of Muğla.

As a result of joint efforts by the Interpol-Europol Department and the Presidency of Migration Management, along with the Istanbul Provincial Police Department's Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch and the Anti-Migrant Smuggling and Border Gates Branch, it was determined that "Alexander Gustafsson," who entered Turkey with a fake Polish passport under the alias "Aleksander Kawa," was captured in Istanbul's Beşiktaş district. Furthermore, as a result of joint efforts by the Interpol-Europol Department, the Presidency of Migration Management, the Anti-Narcotic Crimes Department, and the Istanbul and Muğla Provincial Police Departments' Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branches, it was determined that "Alexandar Nedevskı," who entered Turkey with a Kosovo passport issued in the name of "Besnik Lajqı," was captured in the Bodrum district of Muğla. Additionally, as a result of joint efforts by the Istanbul Provincial Police Department's Anti-Narcotic Crimes, Intelligence, and Anti-Migrant Smuggling and Border Gates Branches, it was stated that "Dragon Pavlicevic," for whom an Interpol Red Notice was issued by Montenegrin judicial authorities on July 23, 2024, was captured in Istanbul's Avcılar district on July 28, 2024.

Noting that Pavlicevic had coordinated the shipment of 1 ton 570 kilograms of cocaine with criminal organization members in Montenegro, Colombia, Ecuador, Australia, and the Netherlands, and had carried out the shipment of another 900 kilograms of cocaine sourced from Ecuador with other criminal organization members, Yerlikaya congratulated the National Intelligence Organization, the Interpol-Europol Department, the Presidency of Migration Management, and the police officers who carried out the operations.
