Hundreds of citizens have been arrested across the country during protests that began with detentions in investigations targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) and continued following the arrest of numerous figures, including Ekrem İmamoğlu.

Three people detained in Bursa were released under judicial control. A judicial control decision in the form of signing in was issued, and a travel ban was imposed.

Ahmet Keskin, the only lawyer held in custody due to the İmamoğlu protests, is among those released. The number of people remaining in custody in Bursa has dropped to 12.

CHP Bursa Deputy Orhan Sarıbal, who announced the release decision, stated, "Our 3 friends—lawyer Ahmet Keskin, Vuslat Su Yiğit, and Enes Cansev—who took to the streets in Bursa demanding justice and were unlawfully deprived of their freedom for exercising their constitutional rights, have been released with judicial control, a signing requirement, and a travel ban. This is not enough! 12 more of our young friends are still imprisoned. This struggle will continue until they are also released."
