3 separate accidents on the same route in 2 days: Dead and injured reported
Three children lost their lives and 8 people were injured in 3 separate accidents that occurred over two days on the Silk Road in the Nusaybin district of Mardin.

In 3 separate accidents that have occurred on the International Silk Road since yesterday, 3 children have lost their lives and 8 people have been injured.
Yesterday, a truck with an unidentified license plate collided with a Mercedes brand car with license plate 06 DRB 857. While 3-year-old Şerzan Botan A. lost his life in the accident, Mehmet Esir A., Helin A., Berivan A., and Alan Berken A. were injured.
On the same route, a car with an unidentified license plate drove into a puddle and overturned into a ditch. In that accident, 1-month-old baby Yiğit Efe B. lost his life, while Ferhat B., Zeynep B., Aslan Efe B., and Meliha B. were injured.
Today, in the morning hours on the same route, a truck whose driver's name and license plate could not be identified struck a child. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.
Health teams arriving at the region determined that the child had lost his life. Following the examinations, the lifeless body of the 12-year-old child was taken to the morgue of Nusaybin State Hospital.
Those injured in the accidents had been transferred to Nusaybin State Hospital and Mardin Training and Research Hospital following initial intervention.
Investigations into the accidents are ongoing.
