31 companies linked to Ayhan Bora Kaplan seized
The list of 31 companies seized as part of the investigation into Ayhan Bora Kaplan, who was arrested on charges of being an organized crime leader after being caught while attempting to flee abroad, has been revealed. The list includes Atlı Bahçe in Ankara, where Kaplan was once a partner in a hamburger company.

New details have emerged regarding the investigation into Ayhan Bora Kaplan, who is alleged to have been close to former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu and was arrested on charges of establishing a criminal organization.
The investigation into Ayhan Bora Kaplan and his associates directly concerns dozens of companies.
As part of the investigation, in which 14 people including Kaplan were arrested, 32 companies were seized.
According to a report by Dinçer Gökce from Halk TV, the management of 32 companies was transferred to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) by the decisions of the Ankara 2nd, 5th, and 8th Criminal Judgeships of Peace. The registration procedures were completed a few days ago.
ESTABLISHED ONE WEEK PRIOR
Ayhan Bora Kaplan was in the management of Agriola İnşaat AŞ, Agriola Otomotiv AŞ, as well as Agriola Tarım AŞ with a capital of 15 million, and Dexas Gıda AŞ, all of which were subject to the seizure order. Dexas Gıda, which Kaplan founded 2 years ago, owns 4 hamburger restaurants. According to records, Agriola İnşaat and Agriola Otomotiv were established by Kaplan just one week before he was taken into custody.
50 PERCENT SHARE TRANSFERRED TO KAPLAN
One of the companies transferred to TMSF management was Atlıbahçe Turizm. Two shareholders of the company, which was established in July 2020, transferred 50 percent of the shares to Ayhan Bora Kaplan in November 2021. With the transfer, Kaplan and Nihal Akbaba became equal shareholders in the company. Nine months after this transfer, Kaplan transferred his shares to Cevat Sekülü. This individual then transferred the shares he received to Samira Ağayeva Aktan 3 months later. Cube Restoran AŞ, which is a partnership between Nihal Akbaba and Ali Cem Ersoy, was also transferred to the Fund.
THEY OPERATED POPULAR VENUES
Three of the companies subject to the seizure order drew particular attention. CK Yiyecek İçecek AŞ, owned by Cemil Kumaşçıoğlu, one of the prominent figures in the Ankara entertainment sector, as well as CBK Yiyecek İçecek and EMR Yiyecek İçecek Şirketi, were also transferred to the TMSF. Kumaşçıoğlu and his partners Emre Topel and Fethi Koyuncu operate some of the city's most important venues. 'Bohem Ankara', which opened last year, is the most famous of these venues. Fethi Koyuncu, who stated during his interrogation by the judgeship that he was a valet, was arrested along with Kaplan.
4 OF HIS COMPANIES WERE ALSO SEIZED
DR Health Sağlık Turizm AŞ, DR Petrol İnşaat AŞ, DR Robotics Bilişim AŞ, and DR Medikal İnşaat İlaçlama, which are under the DR Holding owned by Salih Durbaba, were also among the seized companies. According to trade registry records, all 4 of these companies were established in the last 2 years.
