33-year-old police officer dies by suicide in Samsun
A police officer serving in Samsun, identified as B.İ., died by suicide after shooting himself with his service weapon. B.İ.'s body was taken to the morgue, and an investigation into the incident has been launched.

Samsun police officer B.İ., 33, died by suicide after shooting himself with a handgun. The incident occurred at night in the Toybelen Neighborhood of Samsun's İlkadım district.
According to İHA, 33-year-old B.İ., a 13-year veteran of the Samsun Police Department Public Security Branch, shot himself with his handgun while inside a vehicle after falling into a state of distress.
B.İ. lost his life at the scene. His body was transported to the morgue at the Council of Forensic Medicine Samsun Group Presidency for an autopsy.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
