4-month-old baby living in container city brought back to life by gendarmerie's CPR
4-month-old baby İkra, who lives in the container city next to the New Bus Terminal in Siteler Neighborhood, was brought back to life by the gendarmerie through CPR and artificial respiration.

Mother Dilan Tatbaş, who lives in the container city next to the New Bus Terminal in Adıyaman's Siteler Neighborhood, ran outside to ask for help after seeing her 4-month-old baby, İkra, lying motionless on the floor.
Gendarmerie personnel on patrol at the time noticed the baby's heart had stopped and brought her back to life with CPR and artificial respiration.
The baby was taken by ambulance to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital and placed under treatment in the intensive care unit.
"HER HEART STOPPED ONCE MORE IN INTENSIVE CARE"
Mother Dilan Tatbaş told reporters that she picked up her baby and ran outside when she did not wake up.
Explaining that the gendarmerie personnel came to her side immediately, Tatbaş said, "The gendarmerie took my baby and immediately performed CPR and artificial respiration. My child's heart had stopped. She had no illness, just a cold. My child is currently in the hospital."
Pediatric Emergency Specialist Özlem Çolak stated that the baby was brought to their hospital yesterday, saying, "Her heart stopped once more in intensive care, but we are continuing to monitor her for now. We have not yet made any diagnosis. Her follow-up and treatment are ongoing."
