4 more suspects arrested in Ahbap Association investigation
Four out of 12 suspects detained in the second wave of operations conducted as part of the investigation into the Ahbap Association by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have been arrested. It was learned that those arrested include Berkant Acil, the brother of Haluk Levent, who is already in custody in connection with another case.

A second wave of operations was carried out by teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) Branch as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Ahbap Association.
The 12 suspects detained in the operation were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse this morning.
Of the 12 suspects who gave statements to the prosecutor's office, 6 were referred to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for arrest.
It was learned that the suspects for whom arrest was requested included Berkant Acil, the brother of Haluk Levent, who is already in custody in connection with another case.
Four suspects, including Berkant Acil, who were brought before the duty Criminal Court of Peace, were arrested and sent to prison. Eight suspects were released under judicial control conditions.
