55 primary school students suffer food poisoning
In the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa, 55 students who fell ill after eating a meal at school were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred at Siverek Hamamören Primary School. According to the information received, students who ate the prepared meal reported to the school administration after a short while complaining of stomach pain.
Following the students' complaints, the situation was reported to medical teams.
In their examination at the school, the medical teams determined that the students were affected by the pudding they had eaten for lunch.
55 students were taken to Siverek State Hospital by ambulances called to the school and were placed under observation. It was learned that the students are in good condition.
DISTRICT GOVERNOR AYDEMİR VISITED THE STUDENTS
Upon receiving the news that the students were affected by the food, District Governor Musa Aydemir arrived at the hospital, met with the students under observation and their families one by one, and apologized to the students and parents for the lack of sufficient precautions.
Aydemir stated that both judicial and administrative investigations have been launched into the responsible individuals and institutions.
The students and their parents thanked District Governor Musa Aydemir for coming to the hospital and taking a close interest in them.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
