Active days are expected in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) next week.
Tv100 presenter Cansu Canan Özgen claimed that 7 members of parliament from the IYI Party and the Future Party will join the AKP.
In her behind-the-scenes report, Özgen alleged that Meral Akşener had an influence on the decisions of the IYI Party members.
"It looks like we will see a wave of MP transfers next week," said Özgen, continuing her remarks:
"There is information that MPs who have resigned from the IYI Party, in particular, will move to the AK Party. It is currently being said that the name of Ahmet Ersagun Yücel is being strongly mentioned and discussed.
He is currently an IYI Party Istanbul MP. Meanwhile, it is being discussed that former IYI Party leader Akşener has had an influence on the IYI Party MPs' decision to resign. According to the information we have received, they made this decision due to disagreements with Müsavat Dervişoğlu's policies... Especially for Ersagun, this is the case."
Özgen stated that the negotiations conducted with the party were effective for the MPs moving to the AK Party.
According to Özgen's statement, the names that will transfer from opposition parties to the AKP are as follows:
IYI PARTY
Ahmet Ersagun Yücel
Seyithan İzsiz
Bilal Bilici
Salim Ensarioğlu
FUTURE PARTY
Selim Temurci
İsa Mesih Şahin
Nedim Yamalı.
