70-year-old man found dead in his home with gunshot wound
70-year-old Mehmet Doğan, who lived alone in the Kadıoğlu neighborhood of Şanlıurfa, was found dead in his home with a gunshot wound. An investigation has been launched into the incident.

In the incident that took place on Şekerci Street in the Kadıoğlu neighborhood, local residents stated that they heard a gunshot and immediately noticed a person fleeing the street quickly. Upon the notification of the citizens, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area in a short time.
When the teams entered the address where the gunshot was heard, they found Mehmet Doğan motionless on the floor covered in blood. During the check performed by medical personnel, it was determined that Doğan had lost his life.
The police have launched a comprehensive investigation in and around the house where the incident occurred. Mehmet Doğan's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy.
