78 dead, no resignation: Erdoğan and Minister Ersoy in the same frame
Following the hotel fire in Bolu that became a grave for 78 people, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, who has been the target of criticism, was seen in the same photograph with President Erdoğan.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan appeared in the same photograph with Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy for the first time following the fire disaster that occurred at the Grand Kartal Hotel in Bolu's Kartalkaya.
Erdoğan, who traveled to the city for his party's Antalya congress and conducted several visits there, was seen in the same frame as Mehmet Nuri Ersoy during his visit to the İbradı Municipality.
In addition to Erdoğan and Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the photograph also included İbradı Mayor Hatice Sekmen, Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Demir Göktaş, and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Head of the Turkish Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and Antalya Deputy.
Ersoy was a figure at the center of debates regarding authority during the fire disaster in which 78 people lost their lives. In addition to the opposition, some figures close to the government had also stated that Ersoy was responsible and therefore should resign.
ERDOĞAN HAD GIVEN THE MESSAGE IN ADVANCE
AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had also stated in his speech at his party's rally in Antalya today that those responsible would be held accountable.
Erdoğan said the following:
"It is the duty of all of us, a debt of honor for all of us, to ensure that the disaster in Bolu is the last. Once again, I wish God's mercy upon our 78 brothers and sisters who passed away in the fire disaster, and I wish a speedy recovery to our brothers and sisters who are still undergoing treatment. While our hearts are burning with the pain of disasters like the hotel fire in Bolu, we are closely following all stages of the ongoing work. We will not show mercy to anyone who has responsibility in this incident; we will ensure that everyone who has any shortcomings, errors, negligence, or faults is held accountable one by one."
