7th-grade student in Bolu threatens school principal and classmates! 'I'm not a nobody either, I played PUBG'

A 7th-grade student attending a middle school in Bolu drew attention with voice recordings shared in a WhatsApp group consisting of classmates. It was revealed that 13-year-old A.M.A., who is reported to be a foreign national, sent threatening messages referencing recent school attacks in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa and in Kahramanmaraş.

It is alleged that in the recordings he shared, A.M.A. listed the names of the school principal and 9 students one by one, stating that he would carry out an attack on the school.

"I'M NOT A NOBODY EITHER, I PLAYED PUBG"

In the voice recordings that caused alarm among students and parents, it was determined that the suspect used expressions praising attackers in other provinces. It was found that the recordings included the words, "Good for that kid, look at how many people he hit. I'm not a nobody either, I played PUBG."

On the other hand, it was learned that A.M.A. had previously been referred to the disciplinary board by the school administration due to peer bullying.

PHONE SEIZED

Upon parents reporting the situation, police teams took action under the instructions of the Bolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. A.M.A., who was taken into custody by teams from the Provincial Security Directorate's Juvenile Branch, had his home searched. His mobile phone, which is considered to be linked to the incident, was seized for forensic digital examination.

PARENTS SUMMONED FOR STATEMENTS

The procedures for the 13-year-old student in custody are being carried out at the Juvenile Branch Directorate in the presence of a pedagogue. As part of the investigation, the parents of the other students in the WhatsApp group in question were also summoned to the police station during the night to provide their statements.
