According to information obtained, while the necessary official procedures have been finalized, it is stated that the work regarding the foundation's organizational structure and management staff has also largely taken shape.

According to a report by Mahir Kılıç from Habertürk, there are plans to implement social, cultural, and educational projects within the foundation that focus specifically on youth and women. In this context, it is stated that preparations are underway for scholarship programs, educational support, seminars, and various social responsibility projects. It is also reported that efforts aimed at strengthening the position of women in social life are among the priority topics.

According to sources, the foundation aims to conduct academic studies, reports, and field research in the coming period, and to develop policy recommendations for the public in line with these studies.
