A person in Adana surrendered a bomb they prepared at home to the police
A suspect who surrendered a handmade explosive device they had prepared to the police in Adana was arrested after being referred to the courthouse. It was learned that the suspect has psychological issues.

Ramazan D. was taken into custody after arriving in front of the Adana Regional Administrative Court on İnönü Street in the Seyhan district of Adana, where he handed a box wrapped in wires to the police officers on duty and stated that he wanted to surrender the explosive he had prepared.
The police closed the road to pedestrian and vehicle traffic and notified the bomb disposal unit of the situation. After extensive security measures were taken in the area, a bomb disposal expert intervened in the package with a detonator.
Upon examination after being neutralized, it was determined that the package contained ball bearings and a quantity of gunpowder. Ramazan D., who was learned to have psychological issues, was referred to the courthouse following procedures at the police station.
The suspect, whose interrogation at the prosecutor's office was completed, was arrested by the duty magistrate's court.
