The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has announced that Soner Arın, one of the former leaders of the Ülkü Ocakları, has passed away. The party's statement also included the information that Arın had worked alongside MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli during their university years.

In the statement issued by the MHP, it was noted that Soner Arın served in the youth organization of the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, and later held the positions of Nevşehir Provincial Head of the Ülkü Ocakları and Executive at the Ülkü Ocakları Headquarters.

"Soner Arın, one of the important figures of the Idealist community, has passed away. The late Soner Arın served in the youth organization of the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, and also held the positions of Nevşehir Provincial Head of the Ülkü Ocakları and Executive at the Ülkü Ocakları Headquarters.
