A special gift from Bahçeli to Kurtulmuş for the framework law
Following the enactment of the 12-article "framework law" proposal prepared for the second opening process dubbed "Terror-Free Turkey," MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli presented Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş with a specially designed painting featuring the Parliament building and its emblem.

The framework law, prepared as part of the second opening process—which the government, with MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli as its architect, has named "Terror-Free Turkey" and which involves the DEM Party and Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the terrorist organization PKK—has been accepted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) General Assembly.
MHP leader Bahçeli, the architect of the process, presented a special gift to Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş following the acceptance of the 12-article proposal.
Bahçeli gave Kurtulmuş a specially designed painting featuring a relief depiction of the TBMM building and the Parliament emblem.
The painting, prepared with classical motifs, includes the phrase "The Power of Unity, The Decision of National Will."
The date of August 10, 2026, when the proposal was enacted by the TBMM General Assembly, was also inscribed on the painting.
