Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) Mayor Mansur Yavaş announced that as of November 25, 2024, 'Youth Tables' (Gençlik Sofraları) will be set up in Gazi Mahallesi, Sıhhiye, and Kızılay, and that four types of free hot meals will be provided to students every weekday between 18:00 and 20:00.

Yavaş's statement is as follows:
"A new service specifically for our students in the capital; youth tables. The youth tables established in Gazi Mahallesi, Sıhhiye, and Kızılay will offer our young people four types of free hot meals every weekday between 18:00 and 20:00, starting from November 25, 2024. We advocate for equal opportunity in education and continue to stand by our youth."
