Acquittal for 3 individuals in the Gezi Park trial!

The Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court has issued an acquittal for Mücella Yapıcı, Ali Hakan Altınay, and Yiğit Ali Ekmekçi, who were being tried as part of the Gezi Park case.

Following the decision by the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation to overturn the 18-year prison sentences previously handed down to them, the court issued an acquittal in the case where Mücella Yapıcı, Ali Hakan Altınay, and Yiğit Ali Ekmekçi were being tried on charges of "violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911."
