Ilıcalı was asked about the remarks made by Fenerbahçe Club presidential candidate Aziz Yıldırım during a program he attended, where he said, "Acun Ilıcalı is a follower of Adnan Hoca. He said his name is mentioned in the file."

Reacting strongly to Yıldırım's words, Ilıcalı showed photos of himself with Yıldırım from the past during the broadcast.

Aziz Yıldırım may really want the Fenerbahçe presidency. He left the election with a major defeat. Trying to smear me to become the president of Fenerbahçe feels sad to me.

The biggest problem of Fenerbahçe is that there is no complete unity within Fenerbahçe. The accusation is very ugly. If he gets up and tries to reach a point from a matter 35 years ago, the name of this is malice. It is a bad thought.
