Chilling new details in the Adnan Oktar case! “There is an organization member mother who brought her 10-year-old daughter”

Eser Çömlekçioğlu, the lawyer for the victims in the Adnan Oktar Criminal Organization Operation, explained that the organization forbade members from having children and punished those who disobeyed by forcing them to leave their babies in the forest at night. Çömlekçioğlu mentioned that an organization member mother took her 10-year-old daughter to Oktar, and that no action was taken despite the father's complaint.

The head of the operation, the then-Financial Crimes Bureau Chief Furkan Sezer, and the victims' lawyer Eser Çömlekçioğlu explained to İpek Özbey on Sözcü TV how the Adnan Oktar Criminal Organization Operation, which failed in 1999, was carried out in 2018.

Explaining that the "organization members responsible for bringing girls" to Adnan Oktar attended seminars in high schools and middle schools, Sezer stated, "None of our daughters in Kırşehir, Yozgat, Trabzon, Hakkari, or Antalya are safe. In the case file, they provide their contact information to people they identify as 'prey'—those who fit the organization's portfolio—and say, 'You can always contact us; please call us if you want to conduct scientific studies.' This is how they make their first contact with underage girls there. There are images and photos of many underage girls in the seized digital materials."

"THERE IS AN ORGANIZATION MEMBER MOTHER WHO BROUGHT HER 10-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER"

Victims' lawyer Eser Çömlekçioğlu described what the women experienced as follows:

"We have a girl who was brought to the organization by her mother when she was around 10 years old… She was 14-15 when she gave her statement. Her mother was in contact with Adnan Oktar and the organization members. After this contact, she brought her daughter to Istanbul on Adnan Oktar's instructions. Adnan Oktar would call in the middle of the night saying, 'Bring the girl,' and the mother would wake her 10-year-old daughter up, put makeup on her, apply red lipstick, dress her in womanly clothes, and take her to Adnan Oktar. Of course, the girl was afraid. The mother would tell her, 'Don't worry, I will be in the room next to you.'"

"A COMPLAINT WAS FILED, BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN"

The girl's mother and father were separated, and the father tried to save his daughter. He tried to take her from the mother and kidnapped her. They applied to the court and wanted to file a complaint. The girl went to court with her father and mentioned that her mother had taken her to a man in his 50s who owned a TV channel. In fact, the girl told the court she was taken to Adnan Oktar. But at that time, in the 2000s, the judges intimidated the girl and her family by saying, 'Let's not name names, let's not take action, don't file a complaint, you'll get into trouble, we'll get into trouble,' and no action was taken against Adnan Oktar. Custody was given to the father, but the mother constantly wanted to take her and bring her to Adnan Oktar.

"HAVING CHILDREN WAS FORBIDDEN, HE WOULD LEAVE THEM IN THE FOREST"

Adnan Oktar forbade having children; husbands and wives lived in separate houses. He gave all the children born during that period to grandmothers or other organization members. 10 to 12 children between the ages of 0-2 were taken from their mothers while they were still nursing and had to grow up in the hands of others. The mothers and fathers allowed this because they had such great 'faith' in Adnan Oktar…

A few children remained in the organization during that period. Adnan Oktar, in his own mind, for the development of these children, and to punish them in his own way, would take these children—who are now in their 30s and have testified in court—at night. Adnan Oktar would take them and leave them in the forest at night. The children would stay in the forest alone for hours until morning. They would go and pick the children up toward morning…"
