AFAD issues orange alert for 2 provinces and yellow alert for 22 provinces due to rainfall
In a statement made by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), it was stated, "According to the latest information received from Meteorology and the assessments made, an orange alert has been issued for 2 of our provinces and a yellow alert for 22 of our provinces due to rainfall."

AFAD announced in a post on its social media account that an orange alert has been issued for 2 provinces and a yellow alert for 22 provinces due to rainfall.
According to the statement, an orange alert was issued for Kırklareli and Tekirdağ, while a yellow alert was issued for Kastamonu, Karabük, Bolu, Istanbul, Sinop, Çankırı, Adana, Mersin, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Ardahan, Artvin, Kars, Edirne, Konya, Antalya, Isparta, Afyonkarahisar, Denizli, Burdur, and Manisa.
The post stated that 57 reports were received from the 2 provinces under the orange rainfall alert and that 5 people were evacuated in Karabük, adding, "We strongly remind our citizens to be careful against negative conditions such as flash floods, inundations, landslides, lightning, local hail, sudden strong winds, and short-term storms, as well as disruptions in transportation."
