Journalist Murat Ağırel exposed a "driver's license gang" that collaborated with driving schools in a post on his social media account. According to Ağırel, the e-signature of a Ministry of National Education staff member was copied, and the grades of individuals who failed the exam were changed through the system.
Ağırel shared with the public the names of 90 people identified in the list he posted, along with details containing their altered exam grades.
