Airstrike in northern Iraq: Jets hit targets
Following an infiltration and attack attempt by members of the separatist terrorist organization in the Operation Claw-Lock region, which resulted in the martyrdom of one soldier and the injury of four others, fighter jets took off from Diyarbakır to strike targets in northern Iraq.

The Ministry of National Defense had reported that one soldier was martyred, four soldiers were wounded, and six terrorists were neutralized during an infiltration and attack attempt by members of the separatist terrorist organization in the Operation Claw-Lock region.
Following this, fighter jets taking off from the 8th Main Jet Base in Diyarbakır launched an operation to destroy terrorist targets.
The Ministry later announced that 27 targets identified as being used by the PKK terrorist organization in the Metina, Zap, Hakurk, Gara, and Qandil regions of northern Iraq were destroyed in the conducted airstrikes.
