New Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi and Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek will attend the meeting for the first time. The main agenda item of the Cabinet will be the second opening process, referred to as a "terrorism-free Turkey."

COMMISSION REPORT AND LEGAL STEPS

In addition to the joint report prepared by the "National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission" established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), the legal roadmap to be followed is expected to be discussed in the Cabinet.

US-IRAN TENSION CLOSELY MONITORED

A possible US attack on Iran and the increasing military activity in the Middle East are on Ankara's agenda. The risks that developments in the region may pose will be evaluated at the Cabinet meeting.

GAZA PEACE COUNCIL ON THE AGENDA

The work carried out by the Gaza Peace Council will also be addressed in the Cabinet. Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, who represents Turkey on the council, is expected to brief Cabinet members on the latest developments.
