Akın Gürlek, who continues to be a subject of discussion due to the chaos during his swearing-in ceremony and the images of the chairs at the handover ceremony, shared a post on his social media account that also included messages about justice.

Here are those lines from Gürlek:

"We hosted the President of the National Assembly of Slovenia, Ms. Urška Klakocar Zupancic, and her delegation at our Ministry.

In our meeting, we discussed our cooperation in the field of justice, which constitutes an important and complementary dimension of the relations between our countries; we held very productive evaluations regarding the sharing of mutual experience and the strengthening of institutional contacts.

As Turkey, we see justice and fairness not only as a national principle but as the common conscience of humanity. In this context, we find Slovenia's stance towards recognizing the State of Palestine and the support it provides to the Palestinian people to be important and valuable.

We will continue to defend human dignity, peace, and justice under all circumstances; we will continue to stand by our Palestinian brothers and sisters in their rightful struggle.

I believe that the friendship and cooperation between our countries will be further strengthened, and I thank Ms. Zupancic and her delegation for their kind visit"
