Akit columnist unhappy with sentences in H.K.G. case

Reactionary Akit columnist Ali Karahasanoğlu argued that the 18-year prison sentence given to father Yusuf Ziya Gümüşel and the 36-year sentence given to his 'son-in-law' Kadir İstekli, a member of the sect, in the H.K.G. case were not correct.

Akit columnist Ali Karahasanoğlu argued that it was not correct to sentence father Gümüşel to 18 years and his "son-in-law" to 36 years in prison in the case of H.K.G., who was married off at the age of 6.

The final hearing of the case regarding the sexual abuse of H.K.G. by Kadir İstekli, a member of the sect, after her father Yusuf Ziya Gümüşel, founder of the Hiranur Foundation affiliated with the İsmailağa Community, "married her off with an imam marriage" when she was 6 years old, was held at the Istanbul Anadolu 2nd High Criminal Court.

Father Gümüşel was sentenced to 18 years and nine months in prison, and İstekli was sentenced to 36 years.

AKIT COLUMNIST UNHAPPY WITH THE SENTENCES!

Akit columnist Ali Karahasanoğlu, arguing that the verdict was not correct, claimed that H.K.G. was married off at the age of 15 and that the sentence Gümüşel would have received if he had "killed" his daughter would have been 24 years.

Karahasanoğlu's column reads as follows:

"In the Narin case, in the investigation that began 3 hours after she went missing. Our state, which has not made an inch of progress in 33 days..

Our prosecutors, our judges

How does it happen..

In the slander thrown by our Yusuf Ziya teacher's daughter, who entered a depression, they gathered the events of 18 years ago in one go, solved it as if there were no doubts, and handed down the sentence..

Can you believe this?

And let me say something even more painful.. I could never attribute such a thing to our Yusuf Ziya teacher.. But I have to make my comparison so that the lack of conscience can be understood..

If our Yusuf Ziya teacher had (God forbid) killed his daughter..

The time he would spend in prison would be 24 years..

The sentence he received for marrying his daughter off at 15 is 18 years..

If we calculate based on the son-in-law's sentence.. The sentence given to her husband after the slander thrown by our daughter who entered a depression is 36 years..

The sentence the son-in-law would have received if he had killed his wife...

My heart aches.. I cannot write any more..."
