The reason for AKP member Ahmet Zenbilci's resignation from his party has been revealed. It was learned that Zenbilci's son, T.Z., was detained with 20 kilograms of narcotics in a vehicle registered in his father's name.
AKP Adana Deputy Ahmet Zenbilci announced that he resigned from his party because 'his son's name was mentioned in an investigation'.
In a statement on his X account, Zenbilci said, "I have learned with great sadness that my son's name has been mentioned in a judicial investigation. My greatest expectation is that the investigation will be conducted effectively and the material truth will be revealed, due to this situation which I never approve of.
In order to ensure that this process does not harm my party, of which I am proud to be a member, and my fellow party members, I am resigning from my party.”
ARRESTED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING

It was learned that the vehicle in which 20 kilograms of skunk were seized was registered in the name of Deputy Zenbilci.
