AKP initiates expulsion process for candidate who used profanity
The expulsion process has begun for B.A., who was nominated as the AKP mayoral candidate for the town of Hacıabdullah in Niğde, due to remarks he made toward a gendarmerie commander.

Hacıabdullah mayoral candidate B.A. recently gave a speech at a meeting attended by town residents, and his speech was broadcast live on social media.
Following the program, during which B.A. used profanity toward a gendarmerie commander, the AKP Niğde Provincial Presidency launched a disciplinary investigation.
In a statement issued by the Provincial Presidency, it was stated, "A disciplinary investigation was launched on 23.02.2024 regarding the remarks made by our AK Party Hacıabdullah Town Mayoral Candidate B.A. while at an association meeting in Istanbul, and the process for his permanent expulsion from our party has been initiated."
