The AKP Central Decision and Administrative Board (MKYK) is meeting today. It is reported that the most important agenda item of the meeting, which will be held under the chairmanship of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will be the 'new resolution process' referred to as a 'Terror-free Turkey'.
According to a report by the pro-government newspaper Sabah, the main agenda of the meeting is expected to be the latest status of the work regarding the new resolution process following the health issues of DEM Party Istanbul MP and Imralı Delegation member Sırrı Süreyya Önder. The planning for the new resolution process will be discussed in the MKYK in the coming days.
In the meeting, where steps taken regarding the economy are also expected to be on the agenda, the steps taken and their results regarding the single-digit inflation targets expected to be reached by the end of 2026 will be evaluated.
The protest actions and rallies organized by the CHP following the conviction of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu will also be on the agenda at the meeting.
Furthermore, while Israel's massacres in Gaza are expected to be discussed at the meeting, messages directed at Turkey via Syria are also expected to be addressed.
