While the agenda in the CHP is once again occupied by discussions over a potential 'absolute nullity' ruling from the courts, AKP's Şamil Tayyar has shared his own scenario.

It has been alleged in Ankara political circles that the CHP leadership is preparing a multi-stage roadmap against a potential nullity ruling.

According to the scenario, in the event of a nullity ruling, the Party Assembly (PM) elected alongside Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu at the 37th Grand Congress would be recalled to duty. It was observed that while half of the balances in the 60-person list align with Özgür Özel and Ekrem İmamoğlu, the other half consists of names from Kılıçdaroğlu's team.

In the face of a possible absolute nullity ruling, the Özel-İmamoğlu duo wants to initiate a new congress process through the resignation of at least 31 members. It is stated that in such a congress, the goal is for the PM majority to consist of names close to the Headquarters. In this scenario, although it is seen as possible for Kılıçdaroğlu to remain as chairman for a while, it is stated that the party's de facto management would be shaped through the Central Executive Board (MYK) to be elected from within the PM.

AKP's Şamil Tayyar has also joined these types of scenarios occupying the agenda with his own take.

"Journalist Uğur Dündar has spoken of two scenarios regarding the possibility of absolute nullity in the CHP.

Let us also draw attention to some scenarios based on our observations.

First.

We do not know what kind of decision will come out of the appellate court. At least I do not know.

However.

In Ankara, whether pro-government or opposition, the possibility of absolute nullity has been 'priced in,' to use market terminology.

While Özel and his team are working on a 'Plan B,' Kılıçdaroğlu and his team have already started building a team and developing a strategy.

It is being discussed that the decision could be issued in the second week of May.

An important figure involved in the process said, 'Özgür Özel will not see May 19th.'

I found it very ambitious, I said 'it could drag on to a later date,' and we even made a bet, let's see.

So, what happens if absolute nullity is declared?

My opinion.

Kılıçdaroğlu accepts the duty, there will be no majority problem in the PM, he renews all organizations within a 6-month to 1-year interval, leaves his place to a new name, and steps aside.

Or he puts forward a new presidential candidate and leaves the chairmanship decision until after the election.

He will definitely not be a presidential candidate himself.

Meanwhile, he could support the constitutional and legal arrangements to be made within the scope of the resolution process and develop a new political cooperation with the government.

He could play a role in determining the general and local election calendar.

Of course, all these are our personal assumptions.
