AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik made statements regarding Israel's attacks on Lebanon at Teknofest, which was held in Adana.

Stating that Israel is dragging other countries into war, Çelik said, "The UN cannot overcome the Zionist mentality."

Highlights from Çelik's statements are as follows:

"What is happening in Gaza today is an attack on humanity. It is a threat to the entire international order. At this point, the genocide government declaring the UN Secretary-General persona non grata is a war it has declared on the international order.

If the genocide is not stopped, there could be a regional war. The sentence 'Israel has the right to defend itself' is invalid. It is the Netanyahu government that has become reckless enough to declare the UN Secretary-General persona non grata.

This has nothing to do with ensuring Israel's security. Israel wants to drag other countries into a regional war. The real problem is those who support Israel. They do not see the act of killing thousands of women and children as something that should be stopped. The way cyber systems and technology are being used by Netanyahu is inhumane."
