AKP 'troll' Furkan Bölükbaşı ordered to pay damages

AKP 'troll' Furkan Bölükbaşı has been ordered to pay damages due to tweets he posted targeting Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ.

Zafer Party Deputy Chairman in Charge of Press Sevdagül Tunçer announced the decision on social media.

Tunçer stated the following:

''In the lawsuit I filed against Furkan Bölükbaşı, the court ordered him to pay damages due to the tweets he posted targeting our Chairman Ümit Özdağ. However, my legal battle is not over.

He had his Mernis address deleted so that notifications would not reach him, but I have bad news for him: I found him where he was hiding.

In the lawsuit I filed on my own behalf, I will show what it means to use the honor of an honorable woman as fodder for trolling, and to attack with vile, baseless, below-the-belt slanders using FETÖ tactics.

The notification will reach him today or tomorrow.''
