AKP's İzmir candidate Hamza Dağ visits MHP Provincial Headquarters: 'We will walk every street in İzmir'

Justice and Development Party (AKP) İzmir Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Hamza Dağ visited the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) İzmir Provincial Headquarters.

Making statements regarding the local elections during the visit, Dağ emphasized that the People's Alliance was established on July 15 and that this unity is important for the continuity and survival of Turkey. Dağ stated that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli are continuing this process in a harmonious manner.

Stating that they have mastered the issues in every part of İzmir, Dağ expressed the following:

"It was my privilege to serve as a member of parliament for 4 terms in this city. We endeavored to resolve issues that needed to be addressed by the central government. Now, we will demonstrate our will to solve these problems by bringing them together with the municipality and local governance.

God willing, we will implement this both as the metropolitan mayor and through the municipalities we hope to win in all 30 districts. We will have a campaign period of approximately 2.5 months that will be both very exciting and enjoyable. After that, we will walk every street in İzmir during a 5-year mayoral term with our 4.5 million fellow citizens."

MHP İzmir Provincial Chairman Veysel Şahin also wished Dağ success during his visit.
