Ali Mahir Başarır shares photo of his Porsche under lien: 'What a luxury vehicle, isn't it?'

Mustafa Doğan İnal, the President's lawyer, had made a post regarding CHP Mersin Deputy Ali Mahir Başarır, announcing that he had placed a lien and seizure order on the Porsche in Başarır's garage. A response came from the CHP's Başarır following this decision.

Lawyer İnal announced that he had won compensation in a lawsuit he filed against CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır on the grounds that he had insulted him.

İnal announced that he had obtained a lien order on his vehicles because Başarır did not make the payment.

In his post, İnal stated that Başarır owed him a total of 170 thousand TL in compensation and that Başarır had not paid it.

Stating that they had issued a seizure order for Başarır's vehicles, İnal used the following expressions in his post:

On top of our 87,000 TL claim from yesterday, we had won another 83,000 TL in compensation from Ali Mahir.

We put that into enforcement as well.

It totaled 170,000 TL.

What do you think he did? Of course... He didn't pay.

Classic performance. We said, 'Let's see,' to his Mercedes, Audi, and the apple of the garage's eye, his classic Porsche, and issued a seizure order.

We will use this 83,000 TL for a good cause that he has never had in his life: for the orphans and the poor in Gaza.

Wanting to clarify lawyer Mustafa Doğan İnal's 'Porsche in his garage' remark, CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır shared a photo of the Porsche brand vehicle that had a lien and seizure order placed on it, and added the following note:

"The President's lawyer, Mustafa Doğan İnal, has placed a lien and seizure on this Porsche of mine. It is a vehicle I bought 20 years ago but could never manage to restore. There is no need for enforcement; I am ready to give it away immediately, and I will even pay 20,000 TL for transport costs. What a luxury vehicle, isn't it!"
