Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 110 suspects have been identified for making provocative posts on social media regarding the soldiers who were martyred in the Claw-Lock Operation region.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, in a post on his social media account, stated, "So far, 110 account managers and users have been identified for making provocative posts on social media regarding our heroic soldiers who were martyred in the Claw-Lock Operation region, praising the Separatist Terrorist Organization (BTÖ), engaging in propaganda, and publicly spreading misleading information" he said.

In his post, Yerlikaya provided the following information:

"It has been determined that 95 of the suspects are abroad, and judicial proceedings have been initiated against them.

Within the scope of the work carried out under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security's Counter-Terrorism and Cybercrime Departments, 6 out of 15 identified suspects were apprehended during operations. Efforts regarding the remaining 9 are ongoing.

Of the 110 account managers and users, 98 were processed for engaging in BTÖ propaganda, and 12 were processed for spreading provocative information."
