Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that one person has been detained for making provocative posts on social media following the postponement of the Super Cup final.

In a post on his social media account titled "Action Taken-3," Yerlikaya stated the following:

"Following the postponement of the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe Super Cup final match, an individual identified as Ö.B.Ç. has been detained for making posts on social media platforms aimed at disparaging our religious and spiritual values, and containing insults and provocations. Investigations by our Cyber Crimes Department are ongoing. The suspect, who attempted to disparage our national, spiritual, and religious values and incited our people to hatred and hostility with hate speech, has been handed over to justice."
