Alimony outcry from Nagehan Alçı following divorce from Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı

The alimony case between Nagehan Alçı and Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who divorced last year, is ongoing.

According to a report by Odatv, Nagehan Alçı spoke after the hearing, stating, "It will be exactly one year on October 3rd since we divorced; his hearing was yesterday. Rasim has not paid a single penny of the 40 thousand lira monthly alimony he is required to pay for his children for a year."

"HE IS STALLING THE COURT WITH BANK RECEIPTS"

Stating that Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı is stalling the court, Nagehan Alçı said, "He is stalling the court by presenting bank receipts for credit card payments. People say alimony is collected immediately, but that's not the case. I cannot collect it."

PREVIOUSLY SAID "HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SEIZURE"

Nagehan Alçı had previously spoken about Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, saying, "He does not recognize the law. He took everything. He doesn't pay a lira of alimony. You can't collect it, you put a lien on his assets... It turns out so many people have put liens on him. He is comfortable, he doesn't even care about the seizures or anything; he owes everyone, he is in lawsuits with everyone, everyone is a victim. He says, 'Whoever can take it, let them take it,' and he is not bothered by it at all."
