While the investigation into "illegal betting advertisements and promotion," which includes famous names such as Serdar Ortaç and Mehmet Ali Erbil, remains on the agenda, newly emerged footage shows Durmaz performing as a DJ at a concert organized to promote an illegal betting site.
According to a report by Mynet, it was observed that advertisements for illegal betting sites were displayed on the giant screen behind Kerimcan Durmaz while he was on stage.
In the footage, Durmaz is heard saying, "They were saying something was coming here, what happened? What about the casinos and such?" at the moment the illegal betting site's advertisement appears, after which he is seen dancing with the dancers behind him.
FILMED IN MALTA
While it is alleged that the footage was filmed in Malta, the date remains unknown.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
Following the emergence of the footage in question, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into Kerimcan Durmaz.
