A driver has alleged that the fuel they purchased from Petrol Ofisi caused serious damage to their vehicle and that the company has refused to take responsibility despite all reports.
According to Denetle.com.tr, the driver, who claims that the fuel purchased from Petrol Ofisi led to a major breakdown in their vehicle, stated that their car has been in the service shop for about a month and is currently unusable.

The driver, who reported that water was detected in the fuel according to reports prepared following samples taken from the vehicle's tank and the gas station, also claimed that Petrol Ofisi reached the same conclusion in their own internal investigations.
Emphasizing that the company did not accept responsibility despite all the reports, the driver expressed their reaction by saying, “The repair costs for the vehicle were reflected entirely on me. I have suffered a great loss, both financially and morally. It is unacceptable for such a large brand to evade responsibility.”

A statement has been deemed necessary due to allegations circulating on social media in recent days regarding the sale of fuel mixed with water by a gas station operating under the Petrol Ofisi Group. These allegations, which contain no concrete documents or findings, are completely baseless and untrue.
All tanks located at the approximately 2,650 stations of the Petrol Ofisi Group, which serves 583 districts in 81 provinces, are maintained within the national and international standards overseen by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), and all supply processes are carried out with state-of-the-art equipment and reported to regulatory authorities.
Our operations at all our stations and village pumps across the country are managed in accordance with the TS EN 590 standard. Independent inspections conducted at the station subject to the allegation have once again determined that the sample taken from the relevant station complies with the TS EN 590 standard.
We kindly request that such comments and allegations, which are misleading to the public, not be given credence, and we hereby inform the public that we will resort to legal channels regarding the individuals, institutions, and organizations that provide and/or disseminate such false or misleading information.
