Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar made a statement on his social media account regarding the power distribution line failures caused by adverse weather conditions.

In his post on the X social media platform, Minister Alparslan Bayraktar stated that the problems would be completely resolved as soon as possible and that electricity would be provided to the affected regions. Bayraktar noted the following:

"Our teams are working in the field in a coordinated and continuous manner to address the failures in distribution lines caused by adverse weather conditions affecting the country, particularly in the Black Sea Region. The problems will be completely resolved as soon as possible, and electricity will be provided to our regions experiencing difficulties. I convey my best wishes to all our citizens affected by the adverse weather conditions."
