An academic(!) who wrote this: Chilling suggestion from Hakkı Öcal for killing kittens
Hakkı Öcal, a faculty member at Ibn Haldun University, suggested that kittens be left in a 'bucket of water' to be killed. Reacting to Öcal's scandalous post, Özgür Demirtaş stated, "He is one of the most well-known 'Aktrolls.' And without fail, his past is full of praise for Gülen... The academy in this country has never stooped this low."

The law prepared by the AKP regarding the implementation of euthanasia (killing) for stray animals has entered into force.
With the law being accepted in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), news about animals continues to arrive from various parts of Turkey.
While reactions to the animal massacre continue across the country, a scandalous post came from Milliyet newspaper columnist and Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Communication member Hakkı Öcal.
Öcal, who stated that killing kittens by hitting them with a shovel is brutality and that it would be correct to leave them to die in a bucket of water instead, caused an uproar on social media.
REACTION TO HAKKI ÖCAL FROM ÖZGÜR DEMİRTAŞ
Economist Özgür Demirtaş reacted to Öcal's scandalous post.
Reminding everyone of the posts full of praise that Öcal made in the past about FETÖ ringleader Fethullah Gülen, Demirtaş said, "He is presented as an academic at one of the universities established in recent times. He has a disgraceful academic background. He could not enter any institution west of Edirne. He is one of the most well-known 'Aktrolls.' And without fail, his past is full of praise for Gülen... The academy in this country has never stooped this low."
Özgür Demirtaş's post is as follows:

He posted this tweet full of brutality. He says we should kill kittens by drowning them in water.
The caricature photo he uses on Twitter is a bit different from his real-life appearance.
He is presented as an academic at one of the universities established in recent times. A disgraceful academic background… pic.twitter.com/x7t8JWsLyB
