"I am stating this in response to the alliance discussions reflected in the media:

In a period when such pain and burdens are placed on the shoulders of our nation, and while such great problems are being grappled with, it does not suit us to be a political wagon.

Our alliance is with our great nation, which is gathered under the 'undecided' heading in polls, whose indecision is actually not a preference but an objection; whose dissatisfaction is not a weakness but an awakening. Today, Turkey's greatest political power is this silent majority whose voice has not yet been represented.

In this process, the Anahtar Party will continue on its path without taking refuge in the shadow of any structure; completely independent, completely autonomous, and with strength derived solely from its nation."
