Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor Gökhan Karaköse elected as member of the Court of Cassation

According to the Decision on Election to the Membership of the Court of Cassation by the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors published in the Official Gazette, following the notification from the First Presidency of the Court of Cassation dated 22.05.2026 and numbered 21167910/4902 stating that 4 Court of Cassation membership positions had become vacant, and in accordance with Articles 29 and provisional Article 15 of the Court of Cassation Law No. 2797, the matter of electing a member to the vacant position was deliberated, and it was decided to elect Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor Gökhan Karaköse as a member of the Court of Cassation.
