While protests by METU students regarding the detention of İmamoğlu continue, a notable decision has come from the Ankara Governor's Office. The EGO General Directorate announced the Governor's Office's decision as follows:

ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Citizens,

In accordance with the decision taken by the Ankara Governor's Office, the Ankara Metro METU Station has been temporarily closed, and bus services in the METU region have been suspended.

Our citizens are kindly requested to use alternative routes.

Respectfully announced to the public.
