I was going to drink a cup of tea and go home. I start work at 08:00 in the morning and close my car around 02:30 at night. At that moment, since my blood pressure had dropped a bit, I was heading home to eat. As I was about to go home, I saw the person again. He started cursing at me. I asked him, ‘Brother, are you cursing at me?’ He started talking abusively while holding scissors in his hand. I asked him why he was doing this. I pinned him to the ground, and that’s when he stuck the scissors into my back.” he said.

“THEY KILLED A TAXI DRIVER BROTHER OF OURS, A COLLEAGUE, RECENTLY. TODAY, IT WAS OUR TURN”

"We are calling on our government to take measures regarding this issue," said Aksakallı, "Everyone is saddened, we are saddened. Recently, they killed a fellow taxi driver, a colleague of ours. Today, it was our turn. We are not doing any harm to anyone. We are providing a service. The man had scissors, a razor, and a blade on him. I don't understand what kind of person this is. During my treatment, the doctor said, 'If it had gone in 2 cm deeper, we would have had to put you in intensive care; you were saved by a hair's breadth.' This is intentional injury. It is attempted murder." he stated.
