Another investigation launched into police officer who gained fame on social media
Serkan Durmuş, known for his posts about traffic rules, has returned to the spotlight following a new disciplinary investigation launched against him. Durmuş is under scrutiny for the fourth time on the grounds of making statements without authorization.

Police officer Serkan Durmuş, known for his social media content that has reached nearly half a million followers, has recently drawn attention as his name has been linked to disciplinary processes. Numerous complaints filed against Durmuş on different dates have been brought to administrative authorities, and the majority of these complaints have been processed.
During the investigations conducted, it was stated that Durmuş was the subject of three separate disciplinary inquiries, and as a result of these processes, the Provincial Police Disciplinary Board at the Rize Governorship ruled for a one-quarter deduction from his salary. The board also reported that there are 12 different complaints in Durmuş's file.
Despite all the disciplinary actions, Durmuş continued to share informative videos about traffic on his social media account. Recently, he faced yet another investigation. The basis for this latest inquiry was stated as "providing information to the public and making statements without authorization."
