A person attempted suicide at the Ayrılıkçeşmesi station of the Marmaray in Istanbul. It was reported that train services are experiencing delays due to the incident. Just 4 days ago, a 44-year-old man committed suicide at the Marmaray Bostancı station around 12:30 PM. The lifeless body, which remained under the train cars, was recovered and handed over to the teams.
In a statement made on Marmaray's social media account regarding the latest suicide attempt, the following was noted:
"Due to a distressing incident that occurred at the Marmaray Ayrılıkçeşmesi station at 15:30, our trains are operating on a single line, and Marmaray services are experiencing delays."
