Appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette with President Erdoğan's signature

With the decision published under the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Ardahan Governor Mehmet Fatih Çiçekli was removed from his post. He was replaced by Gaziantep Şehitkamil District Governor Ömer Hilmi Yamlı. Raziye Bilge Koçyiğit, General Manager of Foreign Policy Planning and Coordination, was appointed as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Türkiye to the Council of Europe. 

Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ahmet Demirok was recalled to the headquarters and replaced by Şener Cebeci, Deputy General Manager responsible for Central Asian Countries.

Additionally, with the decision, Health Sciences University faculty member Prof. Dr. Ali Kocataş was appointed as a General Surgery member of the First Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine, and İstanbul Kent University faculty member Prof. Dr. Oğuz Çetinkale was appointed as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery member of the Seventh Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine. At the Presidency of Migration Management, General Manager of Harmonization and Communication Yaşar Aksanyar, General Manager of Border Management Ozan Gazel, General Manager of International Protection Bayram Yalınsu, and General Manager of Foreigners Fatih Ayna were removed from their posts. Ahmet Dalkıran was appointed as General Manager of Harmonization and Communication, Mehmet Yüzer, Deputy General Manager of Provincial Administration at the Ministry of Interior, was appointed as General Manager of Border Management, Mustafa Güney was appointed as General Manager of International Protection, and Özge Kaplan was appointed as General Manager of Foreigners.

Ahmet Ceylan, Head of the Inspection Board of the General Directorate of Forestry, was removed from his post and replaced by Fuat Şanal. Hakan Nalbantoğlu was appointed to the vacant Board Member position at the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises. Oğuzhan Şatıroğlu, General Manager of Support Services, Liquidation Affairs and Revolving Fund at the Ministry of Trade, was removed from his post. Murat Durkan, Aysel Kandemir, Murat Baştor, and Aziz Yıldırım were appointed to the vacant Board Member positions at the General Directorate of Türkiye Rail System Vehicles Industry Corporation (TÜRASAŞ).
