Appointments signed by President Erdoğan published in the Official Gazette

With the decision published under the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Fatih Pehlivan, Pınar Yavuzkanat, and Seyfi Bozçelik were appointed as Deputy General Managers of Child Services at the Ministry of Family and Social Services, while Hülya Yılmaz was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Legal Services, and İsa Tekpınar was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Services for the Disabled and Elderly.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Güçlü Kalafat was appointed as Deputy General Manager for Relations with Iraq, Kazım Çavuşoğlu as Deputy General Manager for East Africa, Arif Eser Torun as Deputy General Manager for Combating Unfounded Historical Claims, Selen Evcit as Deputy General Manager for South America, Rıfkı Olgun Yücekök as Deputy General Manager for Migration Policies, Birey Yılmazsoy as Deputy General Manager for Turkic World Organizations and Kin and Related Communities, Meliha Gülce Kumrulu as Deputy General Manager for Strategic Intelligence, Erdem Tunçer as Deputy General Manager for Counter-Terrorism, Hayriye Işıl Cemali Doğan as Deputy General Manager for International Economic Policies and Organizations, Çağla Pınar Tansu Seçkin as Deputy General Manager for International Law, Sinem Mingan as Deputy General Manager for Foreign Policy Planning, Ayşe Zeynep Gündüz as Deputy General Manager for Defense Cooperation, and Reyhan Özgür as Deputy General Manager for Visa Procedures.

Mustafa Bandırmalı was appointed as the Sivas Provincial Director of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Sevda Altunoluk as Sports Advisor at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Aysun Torun Orhan as Head of the Education and Publication Department at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Additionally, Ministry inspectors Hakan İleri, Volkan Uzkan, Yiğit Can Artukoğlu, Nihat Özen, and Görkem Ali Kaya were promoted to the position of chief inspector at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

With the decision, Orhan Barda, a member of the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of Coastal Safety, and İrfan İpşir, Deputy General Manager of Turkey Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc. (TÜRASAŞ), were dismissed from their posts. Gökmen Kınık was appointed as Deputy General Manager and Board Member of the General Directorate of Coastal Safety, Öner Özgür as a Board Member of the General Directorate of the Turkish State Railways (TCDD), Mahmut Civan as Deputy General Manager of the TCDD General Directorate, Murat Durkan as Deputy General Manager and Board Member of the TÜRASAŞ General Directorate, Yusuf Aldemir and Atanur Karadağ as Deputy General Managers of TÜRASAŞ, Mustafa Karakoyun as TÜRASAŞ Eskişehir Regional Manager, and Yunus Ekşi as Sakarya Regional Manager.
