Approval from the CMB for Beşiktaş's application

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the application by Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for a capital increase of 960 million lira, and the application by Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for a bonus capital increase of 615 million lira.

According to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin, the board has approved the debt instrument issuance applications of CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 100 million lira, Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ for 8 billion lira, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO for 50 billion lira, Koç Finansman AŞ for 1 billion 650 million lira, Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ for 10 billion lira, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 333 million 300 thousand lira, and Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları TAŞ for 1 billion dollars.

In addition, the issuance of lease certificates based on a management agreement by Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 3 billion lira, the issuance of lease certificates based on buying and selling by Aktif Bank Sukuk Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion lira, the issuance of asset-backed securities by the Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi Türk Finansman Birinci Varlık Finansmanı Fonu for 1 billion lira, and the issuance of investment institution warrants and certificates by İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 1 billion lira were approved.

The board approved the establishment of RE-PIE Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ with an initial capital of 200 million lira within a registered capital ceiling of 1 billion lira, while also granting approval for the establishment and the issuance of participation shares for the Fiba Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fiba Büyüme Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, Fiba Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Odak Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, İstanbul Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Vanora Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, RE-PIE Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Birinci Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu, and RE-PIE Portföy Yönetimi AŞ İkinci Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FINES

As a result of examinations conducted within the scope of the Capital Markets Law (SPKn) No. 6362 and related legislation, the CMB ruled to file a criminal complaint against 1 person and decided to initiate the necessary legal procedures to block access to 33 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for individuals residing in Turkey.
